Tessa and Andrew’s romantic chic wedding at Madera Kitchen was one to remember!
This white and burgundy themed wedding was perfect in every way. The couple shared this special day with their closest family and friends. Tessa wore a beautiful cream lace gown, and Andrew wore a burgundy suit to compliment the overall wedding theme.
The tables were dressed with a lush green garland and white bouquets in mason jars as the centerpiece. We prepared a delicious menu for guests to enjoy along with a full service bar.
For the shared courses, we prepared our White Fontina Flatbread, Burrata Flatbread, and Lola Rosa Salad. The White Fontina Flatbread was made with fontina cheese, sour cream, braised leaks, and parma prosciutto. The Burrata Flatbread was prepared using blistered cherry tomatoes, arugula pesto, and pine nuts. Lastly, the Lola Rosa Salad added a refreshing balance between the two flatbreads and included breakfast radish, manchego, and thyme vinaigrette.
After guests enjoyed the shared courses, the main entrees were served. We prepared three main entrees including: Chicken, Ribeye, and Vegan Pasta. The chicken was made with black lentils, pineapple, and plantains. The ribeye was cooked perfectly with hazelnut chimichurri and roasted potatoes. Lastly, the vegan pasta was made with kale, sun dried tomatoes, and chickpeas. For dessert, guests enjoyed a slice from the lovely wedding cake and our build your own churro bar!
Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your special day Tess and Andrew! Special thanks to Elyana Ivette for capturing all the beautiful details and moments at this romantic chic wedding.
