Madera Kitchen is a hip, bohemian, rustic, indoor/outdoor, fully turnkey restaurant, bar, and wedding and event space in the heart of Hollywood! We have multiple spaces within our restaurant to host your next wedding, corporate event, or social event. See all boho venue spaces at Madera below.

Madera Kitchen’s front of house is approximately 5500 sq. feet of usable indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is available year round. We have a clear, waterproof greenhouse roof set up during the winter and spring months, with a fully open roof in the summer months. See more Wedding venues in Los Angeles.

The entire venue can accommodate 150 guests formally seated with current furnishings, or 190 guests including lounge seating. We are also able to rent and bring in more tables and chairs to accommodate 225 guests. If you prefer cocktail style/ standing, the full venue can accommodate 400 guests.

Our restaurant features include: in-house speakers, valet parking, includes all rentals (note: ceremonies over 80 get folding chairs from our preferred vendor), catering and bar, and culinary cuisine by in-house chef with catering team.

Madera can be rented out in the following ways: Venue Buyout, Inside Small Room, Inside Full Room, Wine Room, Franklin Patio, Franklin Lounge, or Cahuenga Patio.

The venue buyout is our most popular option, accommodating up to 150 guests seated or 400-450 guests cocktail style.

The Inside Small Room includes the full inside room divided up into two small spaces by the wine barrel wall. It can accomodate 80 seated or 150 cocktail-style. The Inside Full Room utilizes the entire main room, and we would push the wine barrel wall to the back. It can accommodate 150 seated or 200 cocktail-style. The Wine Room is perfect for an intimate or smaller event. It can accomodate 12-40 seated, or 50 cocktail-style.

The Franklin Patio is the entire full patio from the entrance to the back of the patio bar. It accommodates 45 seated without lounge, 60 seated with lounge, or 80 cocktail style. The Cahuenga Patio is the other full patio, and accommodates 70 seated or 100 cocktail-style. Lastly, the Franklin Lounge is the patio from the entrance to the left back of the patio bar. It accommodates 40 cocktail-style or 24 seated.

Bistro Gigi’s

Gigi’s Cafe is a classic French bistro in Hollywood’s Sycamore District. Located next to Tartine Sycamore and Sightglass restaurant, Gigi’s has been a local favorite for decades. When it comes to the menu, Executive Chef Matt Bollinger (formerly of Trois Familia and Jean Georges) has been building his own collection of bistro classics. His signature dishes include moules frites, oysters, and steak tartare. He pairs his signature dishes with an impressive French/California wine list. There are cocktails, too, including a Carribean Tiki Hi-Ball made with aged French rum.

At Gigi’s, the wine program is run by Kristin Olszewski, co-founder of Nomadica. The cocktails are innovative, and the wine list is out of this world.

Gigi’s Cafe will be open from 5pm to 2am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On Wednesday and Sunday, the restaurant is open from 5pm to midnight.

71Above

The 71Above is the highest restaurant west of the Mississippi. Located on the 71st floor of the US Bank Tower, this unique event space boasts panoramic city and ocean views. 71Above’s menus are created by Executive Chef Javier Lopez, who has been at the helm of 71Above since three years ago. Along with creating signature dishes, the executive chef creates menus based on his upbringing in Los Angeles.

Alta Adams

Madeline Garden

A lot of people have asked me about the St. Isidore’s Small Boho Event Venue Space in Los Angeles and I’m happy to oblige. Fortunately, this little venue is located in the center of town and within walking distance of many of the aforementioned establishments. This quaint albeit small corner of the city offers a little bit of everything. The one thing you’ll have to do is to plan your event in advance and make sure you have plenty of time to spare. After all, there’s no need to fret over last minute hotel reservations and late night party bus schedules.

The aforementioned establishment, which you can visit on any given day, boasts a plethora of amenities including an on site kitchen and bar. As the name implies, the aforementioned space is a prime location for hosting any size affair from a formal wedding to a large scale corporate cocktail reception. In addition, there are separate restrooms and a smattering of modern amenities and facilities.

The aforementioned establishment, which can be booked on a month to month basis, is also well served by a well stocked rental and catering department. With an apex of approximately 500 employees, the aforementioned enclave is a symphony of highly trained professionals and a plethora of savvy amateurs.

The Bungalow Kitchen

The Bungalow Kitchen is an upcoming restaurant concept in Belmont Shore, California. A collaboration between chef Michael Mina and nightlife entrepreneur Brent Bolthouse, this new restaurant promises to blend high-quality food with classic cocktails.

The Bungalow Kitchen’s interior combines traditional bungalow style with sleek musical elements. In the Sun Room, white oak plank walls add to the cozy ambiance. There’s a large fireplace as well as a pool table. At the bar, the ceiling is green onyx.

The restaurant features a 3,000 square foot patio. It offers a range of seating options for groups of all sizes. The outdoor space overlooks the Alamitos Bay.

The menu emphasizes local, seasonal ingredients. The signature Lobster Pot Pie includes a whole Maine lobster, truffle-lobster Bisque and root vegetables. Other items include house-made rigatoni, pastas and salads. Guests can also order from a raw bar.

In addition to the restaurant’s dinner service, The Bungalow Kitchen will offer a late night menu. The menu will be complemented by a large wine list and classic cocktails. This venue has a distinct feel and will attract both local and visiting patrons.

The Bungalow Kitchen is open from 5 pm to 2 am. They offer a full buyout option and a private event space.
