Rustic Mexican Inspired Wedding at Madera Kitchen
Coner and Daisy celebrated their special day with a Rustic Mexican Inspired Wedding at Madera Kitchen!
The lovely couple celebrated their special day with their closest family and friends on October 4, 2019. The beautiful wedding had a combination of mexican and rustic inspired elements, and created a fun and festive ambiance!
The decor was minimal and mexican inspired with vibrant accent colors. The tables were dressed in eucalyptus leaves and navy blue accent cups. The entryway was decorated with Dia Los Muertos dolls and a mexican handmade blanket. There was also a mariachi band performance which kept the guests entertained!
After the romantic ceremony, we served delicious shared plates to start such as Pulled Pork Sliders, Orbit Carrots, and Mushroom Flatbread. Our vibrant pulled pork sliders were made with green cabbage, pickled onions, aioli, romesco sauce and feta cheese on a brioche bun. The orbit carrots were roasted with green onions, humboldt fog, pumpkin seeds, and dressed with spicy honey. The mushroom flatbread was a guest favorite made with Humboldt Fog, Cavolo Nero, Thyme, and Balsamic Onions.
As the evening went on, we began serving our main family style dishes for the night. On the menu for the evening, we prepared goat cheese ravioli, market fish with cauliflower rice, and pork chop with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Our goat cheese ravioli was accompanied with grilled corn, wild mushroom and crispy kale. The market fish with cauliflower rice was a healthy and delicious entree that guests enjoyed. Our final entree was the pork chop with broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Overall Coner and Daisy’s wedding was one to remember. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day! Special thanks to Lupe Juarez Photography for capturing all the details.
