Sleek Boho Wedding at Madera Kitchen
Lauren and Isaac had a sleek boho wedding at Madera Kitchen, and it was beautiful in every way.
The couple chose a minimal yet sleek theme to celebrate their special day. The tables were dressed with small flower filled vases throughout the indoor and outdoor seating area. Our full service bar was available for guests, and we had a specialized cocktail menu for the bride and groom.
After the romantic ceremony, we served delicious shared plates and entrees for the guests. For the shared plates, we prepared our delicious brussel sprouts, endive salad, and orbit carrots. Each dish was carefully crafted with the highest quality ingredients, and provided a healthy and delicious option. For example, the endive salad contained baby arugula, candied walnuts, blood orange, and buttermilk blue cheese.
Once guests were ready for the entrees, we served the Airline Chicken Breast, Wild Boar, and Goat Cheese Ravioli. The Airline Chicken Breast was made with black lentil, plantain, pineapple, and cage free chicken. The Wild Boar was prepared with tagliatelle and fresh pecorino, which guests loved. The Goat Cheese Ravioli was made with grilled corn, wild mushroom, and crispy kale. We also set up dessert which was a churro ice cream bar towards the end of the evening.
Special thanks to The Gathering Season for capturing these special moments. Congratulations again to Lauren and Isaac!
